Why we started Shilo Digital
I've spent years working closely with small businesses across Essex and London — helping them with their digital presence, their systems, and their day-to-day operations. And the same thing kept coming up, no matter the industry: brilliant business owners drowning in admin, spending their evenings on invoices, chasing clients, writing the same emails over and over again.
When I discovered Claude AI, I knew immediately it was different. I started using it in my own work and within weeks I'd cut hours off my week. But what struck me wasn't just how capable it was — it was how accessible it could be, if someone just took the time to set it up properly. Most small business owners don't have an IT department. They don't have time to experiment. They need someone to come in, sort it out, and show them how to use it.
That's exactly why I started Shilo Digital. I wanted to be the person who bridges that gap — not selling software, not running webinars, but actually showing up, in person, and making AI work for real businesses with real problems. I chose to build around Anthropic's Claude specifically because it's the most honest, capable, and business-ready AI I've used — and I wouldn't put my name behind anything less.
