After your discovery call, we put together a detailed plan for your AI setup. This outlines exactly which tools we'll connect, what workflows we'll build, and what training we'll provide. You'll review and approve it before we book the visit.

On-site setup visit
We arrive at your business, laptop in hand. We set up Claude AI, configure all your integrations, test every connection, and make sure everything works exactly as planned. We handle all the technical work — you just make the tea.
On the day: On the day, you'll need to have access to your software accounts (logins to QuickBooks, HubSpot, etc.). We'll handle everything else. Most setups take 3–6 hours depending on complexity.

What do I need to have ready?
Login details for the software tools you want us to connect (e.g. QuickBooks, HubSpot, Google Workspace). We'll send a checklist in advance so you're fully prepared.
How disruptive is the setup visit?
Minimal. We work around your business. Most clients continue their day as normal while we work — we only need your attention for the training session at the end.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
None at all. We handle everything technical. If you can use email, you can use Claude AI the way we set it up.
What if something goes wrong after setup?
That's what the monthly retainer is for. Just get in touch and we'll fix it — usually same day or next business day depending on your plan.
Can you come back if we need more help?
Yes. Additional on-site visits can be arranged at any time — priced per visit and available to all retainer clients.
